研討會報名退款政策
- 報名費一經繳納,恕不退款。
- 若無法出席,可申請更換參加者(免費),惟需於活動前 7 天提出申請。
- 主辦單位若因特殊情況調整活動形式(例如轉為線上、調整講者),不構成退款理由。
- 主辦單位取消活動 → 全額退費
- 不可抗力遇天災、疫情、交通中斷、政府管制等不可抗力因素時,主辦單位保留:調整活動形式、延期舉辦、或提供替代方案之權利,不構成退款理由。
Seminar Registration Refund Policy
- Once the registration fee is paid, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
- If the participant is unable to attend, a substitute participant may be designated at no additional cost, with notice submitted at least 7 days before the event.
- Changes to the event format (e.g., switching to online, speaker adjustments) do not constitute grounds for refund.
- If the organizer cancels the event entirely, a full refund will be issued.
- In the event of force majeure (natural disasters, epidemics, government restrictions, etc.), the organizer reserves the right to modify, postpone, or provide alternative arrangements, which shall not be considered grounds for refund.
學會會員年費退款政策
- 會員年費繳交後,無論任何理由概不退款。
- 會員資格不得轉讓、展延或暫停。
- 若因系統錯誤或重複扣款,經查證後方可全額退費。
Membership Refund Policy
- Membership fees are non-refundable for any reason once payment has been completed.
- Membership privileges cannot be transferred, deferred, or suspended.
- In the case of system errors or duplicate payments, a full refund may be issued upon verification.
