Once the registration fee is paid, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
If the participant is unable to attend, a substitute participant may be designated at no additional cost, with notice submitted at least 7 days before the event.
Changes to the event format (e.g., switching to online, speaker adjustments) do not constitute grounds for refund.
If the organizer cancels the event entirely, a full refund will be issued.
In the event of force majeure (natural disasters, epidemics, government restrictions, etc.), the organizer reserves the right to modify, postpone, or provide alternative arrangements, which shall not be considered grounds for refund.

Membership Refund Policy
Membership fees are non-refundable for any reason once payment has been completed.
Membership privileges cannot be transferred, deferred, or suspended.
