  1. Purpose of the Event: To encourage young scholars to participate in circulation-related basic research and promote the development of clinical applications, the Society holds the “Conference Poster Award” each year during the Annual Meeting to provide opportunities for research exchange. The relevant regulations are as follows:

Award Description:To encourage university students, research assistants, postdoctoral researchers, and medical residents to present their research results in poster format, the Society will conduct a preliminary and final review by the evaluation committee. The top five outstanding posters will be selected and awarded. The first author of each winning poster will receive a certificate and scholarship.
  • First Prize: 1 recipient, scholarship of NT$12,000
  • Second Prize: 1 recipient, scholarship of NT$6,000
  • Third Prize: 1 recipient, scholarship of NT$2,000
  • Fourth Prize: 1 recipient, scholarship of NT$1,500
  • Fifth Prize: 1 recipient, scholarship of NT$1,500
  • Honorable Mention: 5 recipients, scholarship of NT$1,000
  1. Eligibility
    The first author of a poster submitted for the Poster Award is not required to be a Society member, and each individual may submit only one poster.
    Eligible applicants include master’s and doctoral students, research assistants, postdoctoral researchers, and medical residents.
  • ※Each submission must be approved by the applicant's advisor. Failure to obtain approval will result in disqualification.
  1. Registration and Submission
    Participants must first complete online registration and payment before submitting their abstract.
    Please upload the poster abstract by 12:00 on February 10, 2026.
    (Please note: those who have not completed the payment process will not be able to upload abstracts in the system.)
  2. Poster Information Announcement
    Poster board numbers, posting instructions, and removal times will be announced on the Society's website in late February 2026 and will be emailed to all applicants.
    Please pay attention to these notifications.

  3. Poster Display and Competition Requirements
    All poster presenters must post their posters at the designated location and according to the assigned number within the specified time.
    Participants competing for the Poster Award must remain at their poster during the competition period to receive evaluation from the review committee.
    The list of awardees will be announced during the closing ceremony of the Annual Meeting on March 14, 2026, followed by the award presentation.

    Please upload your abstract according to the required format and font guidelines provided by the Society.

※Poster Preparation Guidelines※
  • Poster board size: 80 cm (W) × 140 cm (H), vertical orientation.
  • The printed poster must include the names of all authors below the title.
  • The first author must provide their full name in both Chinese and English for identification purposes.
※Poster Display Instructions※
  • Poster setup time: Before 9:30 AM, March 13, 2026 (Friday)
  • Poster removal time: Before 4:30 PM, March 14, 2026 (Saturday)
  • Poster competition and presentation times: Follow the schedule announced by the conference.
  • Presenters must stand by their assigned poster during the designated judging period and should not leave.
